Every part that JB Metalcraft ships is guaranteed to meet your specifications. Quality assurance starts long before an order is packed and ready to ship; it starts with fully understanding your requirements. This is a painstaking process. Specifications need to be translated, international equivalents need to be researched, and every line item needs to be double checked. Nothing is taken for granted. Multiple Quality Check Points After specifications are fully understood, we design lean production processes with strong in-process quality checks. We believe in educating and empowering the men and women on the line to take responsibility for quality at every step of the process. Incoming material is checked in-house for chemical composition and mechanical properties. First articles are submitted with complete inspection reports for your approval. During the production process, additional quality checks are made throughout production right up to container loading. ISO Certifications Since our beginnings over a decade ago, we have cultivated a network of proven suppliers that represent the best of China’s manufacturing resources. At a minimum, all plants have ISO 9001 certification and have the ability to meet the requirements of sophisticated customers. Our core suppliers also have TS 16949 certification. Production, packing, and delivery are closely monitored and JB Metalcraft guarantees the quality of every shipment. |
